How spend tracking works
When you create or edit a contract, you can optionally set a contract value, currency, and billing frequency (monthly, annual, or one-time). That's it.
Vendorm8 normalises everything to annual figures: a €2,000/month contract shows up as €24,000/year ARR. A one-time €15,000 implementation fee appears as a spike on the timeline but is excluded from recurring spend calculations.
The Spend Analytics page shows all your metrics in a currency you choose. Switch between USD, EUR, GBP, and 8 other currencies — exchange rates update daily so numbers stay accurate without any effort on your part.
Coverage is tracked too. Contracts without a value are shown as "untracked" — so you always know if your spend numbers are complete or partial.
